Executive Coaching
THE COACH works with clients to achieve speedy, increased and sustainable effectiveness in their lives and careers through focussed learning. The coach’s sole aim is to work with the client to achieve all of the client’s potential – as defined by the client. Jenny Rogers
Working one to one, whether face to face or by telephone, we can free you to do what you want to do. You may face a dilemma or need to sort out a problem. You may know what to do, but find difficulty in getting it done. You may be facing up to the uncertainties of a new role, or to the isolation of being the boss.
Professionals in particular spend years qualifying, and then in developing and enhancing their professional skills. Having spent their professional lives concentrating on getting their work done as dentists, vets or architects, they suddenly face having to run a business. They have to develop management and commercial skills, often with little training. Coaching can smooth the transition.
Coaching is based on learning, but not teaching, on changing, but not being changed. Skilled questioning and listening helps you to find your own solutions to what is, after all, your issue. Above all, the aim of coaching is to achieve action.
